It's that time of year again!  Thanksgiving is almost upon us, and at this time of year, we give thanks for the food we have to nourish us, shelter to keep us safe, and clothing to keep us warm.  However, there are some families in our community who are not as fortunate.  We humbly ask for your kokua by donating canned goods from November 28th-30th for our Giving Thanks Canned Food Drive.  Simply send your donations with your child to school.  Their homeroom teachers will be collecting their contributions and all donations will be given to The Food Basket to help needy families.

AND...Don't forget...our grade 5 and 6 students will be participating in our second annual "CANSTRUCTION PROJECT" on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 from 12:45 - 1:15 using the canned goods donations.  Lots of fun & creativity, while the students utilize their STEM skills at this great event!
